• All pieces offered in my online shop are either one-of-a-kind or limited edition. So if you’ve seen it before but can’t find it anymore please ‘get in touch’ with me and I may be able to offer you a similar, or if not the same piece.
  • All the items listed in the shop are available for purchase, but please allow up to 4 weeks to receive them from the moment of payment.
  • I am happy to offer you an exchange or refund up to a week after you receive your purchase, however this policy does not apply to earrings due to hygiene reasons, or for any purchase that has been damaged or worn.
  • I do not take responsibility for return postage fees, or for loss in transit. I strongly recommend you use recorded or special delivery services which require a signature on receipt.
  • In order for you to receive your purchase safely I offer the following services:

    Within the UK

    'Signed for' - £5.00 

    'Special delivery' - £8.00 including insurance

     International shipping 

     £25.00 + including insurance (depending on the choice of service and destination).   Please 'get in touch' in order to receive the correct quote.

    Your jewellery will be presented as pictured above. 

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to pay any sales tax or duties on orders outside the U.K.
  • If there is a clear manufacturing fault in your piece of jewellery on my behalf which occurred within a year from the date of purchase, I will repair it free of charge. However there will be a charge depending on the work required outside this time frame, or if your jewellery shows obvious signs of wear and tear.
